Use of Kitchen and all facillities available. Large bedroom has extra room added for a sofa or work desk area. and a single room, Large bathroom on landing to use for both upsatirs rooms, as landlady has her own ensuite. but have a downstairs cloakroom. WiFi and all bills included.

I am looking for someone who works and and is pretty clean/tidy, likes to have their own space also, but friendly...
I dont mind if you are only looking for a short time stay or just a Monday to Friday terms, Rent charge can then differ.
