Double room for rent with two females

Looking for a third flatmate to live with me and the live in land lady (preferably female).

We are both fairly new to the Luton area so we are looking for somebody with similar interests etc to spend time with at the weekend. The previous tentant who lived in the room for a few months is moving closer to her work and will move out 8th Jan.

The house is furnished with brand new furniture. It has a lovely big corner sofa and TV, very spacious yet cosy. There is also a large garden perfect for BBQs. Photos to be uploaded shortly!

Its a happy house and we get on really well, so would like someone who is social and is going to fit in with us. The only thing we ask for is for you to stick to the cleaning rota and clean up after yourself so the house remains tidy and clean.
