I have a single room to rent close to town center (10 mins by walk). 350 pounds a month + 1 month deposit, we share the electricity and gas/heating bills, but its usually around 20 pound extra a month per person. The room is sunny, there is a bed and wardrobe. There is a shared living room with tv, a kitchen and another living room. Also there is internet and parking.
