within walking distance of University, town centre & Luton airport.(Junction 10 of the M1).
It's a quiet residential area on local bus route with ample parking.
We are also close to shops, restaurants & local takeaways.
Houses come with fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge & furnished bedrooms. internet & bills included.
The energy costs are shared with other house-mates via gas & electricity top-up meters. Front & rear gardens .
Long or short lets available.
The Double rooms are priced at £95 per week & single rooms £85 per week. couples sharing a double room will be £60 each £120 weekly.
We require 2 weeks rent as a returnable deposit & 2 weeks rent in advance, then payment via a bank standing-order.
Only 1 months notice required to end the contract.
