The house is currently listed for sale, which means I may need to show it to potential buyers occasionally. We'll need to agree on a time slot every 2 weeks for this purpose. Once the house is sold, you will receive a 3-month notice. Based on the current situation, the house should be available for at least the next 6 months. This is reflected in the reduced rental price.
