RESERVATION:
A reservation fee equivalent of 1 weeks rent is payable if you want to secure a room. This fee is non refundable if you fail to proceed or fail referencing as it will cover our administrative time and cost preparing contracts and referencing you. If you proceed as promised then this fee will become part of your deposit or first months rent.

Bedrooms are dressed with Objet D'art, bed linen and staged dressing for marketing purposes only and is tenants responsibility to provide their own for occupation as is AST and NOT a holiday let. Furniture only is provided
SHORT TERM LETS:
A 6 month tenancy will cost extra £25.00 per month and a 3 month minimum break clause can be added if tenant wishes to have shorter term let but will charged as rent plus 25% Any other term can be agreed by negotiation.
