My wife and I have available a recently decorated single room with desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers and under bed storage.
It benefits from a good sized shared bathroom with shower and an additional downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The kitchen has an oven/grill, airfryer, microwave, hob and toaster. There is a rotary airer in the garden and also a washing machine and tumble dryer available.
Tenants may use all cooking utensils and crockery to save them bringing their own as long as it is kept clean and ready for someone else to use. Access to the Campus is via a short bus ride which is less than 2 minutes walk away (The C10 stops @ Snagge Court) every hour weekdays, every 2 hours weekends. The village has several shops from a good sized CO-OP to Nail bars, Hairdressers and Fish and Chip shops. Any questions please feel free to contact me. Available immediately to view/rent.
