Double Room in New Build (Marston Moretaine)

I am a live in landlord who lives in a modern new build house which was completed in June 2013. I am looking for a lodger to occupy the other furnished double room in my three bedroom house on a MON to FRI basis only. The room is available from 01 June 2018 and is priced at £450 pcm (incl bills). Short term lets are welcome.

The room contains a double bed with memory foam mattress and fitted wardrobes. There's also a nice big TV on the wall! You would have sole use of the immaculate main bathroom as I have an en suite so no queuing for the shower. You're welcome to use the rest of the shared space including the study.

The house is occupied by a very friendly young cocker spaniel dog and a grumpy cat who keeps out of the way. Both animals are house trained and never allowed into the advertised room. You don't have to be an animal lover of course but they will love you..

The house is warm with a spacious living room, modern fitted kitchen, separate study and rear garden. There is off street parking as well as a shed for bicycles. Rent includes bills and average user broadband. The nearest stations are Millbrook/Stewartby and Bedford and Flitwick are a 15 minute car journey away. The village of Marston Moretaine has all you need but Flitwick and Ampthill have an abundance of bars, shops and other amenities.

There is a regular bus service from Marston into Bedford and Cranfield. Milton Keynes is accessible by car and takes around twenty minutes. (There is no direct bus service from Marston to Milton Keynes).

I am a professional worker so I am looking for a like minded mature professional or mature student who prefers a quiet environment. This is my home so being clean and tidying up after yourself is an important attribute. I can guarantee you a clean, homely and reasonably priced living space convenient for working/studying in and around Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Lockheed Martin employees and Cranfield University employees/students may be particularly interested due to the location. Previous landlord references as well as employment references would be required.
