Furnished double room in Pitstone for Mon-Fri let

Warm, comfortable, furnished double bedroom available to let in my three-bedroom house. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe (hanging space plus three drawers), small bookcase and bedside cabinet. There is also space for a small desk/table if this would be useful.

Use of fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and nice garden. Bathroom shared with one other. All rooms are clean and were redecorated within the past year or so.

There is plenty of free parking available on the road outside the house and if you have a bike I can make room for you to keep it in the garden shed.

All bills included, assuming reasonable usage. Wifi included.

I keep the house reasonably clean and tidy so I am looking for someone who also appreciates a civilised living space.

I am a busy professional so I am often out during the day and many evenings. I do occasionally work from home. I am friendly and sociable so hopefully easy enough to live with when we do cross paths!

Pitstone has a useful village shop and a village hall running various exercise classes. The surrounding countryside is great for walking/cycling. There is a lovely pub with good ales and nice food within easy walking distance, and a highly-rated Indian restaurant/take away.

Cheddington station is ten minutes away by bike, and Tring station (with faster, more frequent trains) is a 15-minute cycle or less than ten minutes' drive. Both stations have adequate parking facilities and bike racks. Pitstone has bus services providing links to Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Luton and Tring.

(I don't know whether it's worth mentioning that I don't have a TV, but the broadband connection copes with iPlayer etc. absolutely fine).
