I have a large fully furnished Double Room to rent in a 4-bed detached house with just myself living here as the owner.

The room has a double divan bed, a double wardrobe, 2 sets of chests of drawers, a blanket box, bedside table and lamp and a book case.

All bedding can be provided (duvet & covers, pillows).

You would have exclusive access to a bathroom (situated opposite the bedroom) consisting of jacuzzi/whirlpool bath, electric power shower, sink, toilet, bathroom cabinet and storage unit for toiletries etc.

There is a large kitchen with the usual appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 2 microwaves/combi ovens, a double electric oven and gas hob).

I have a good sized back garden for relaxing in and the house is not overlooked at all.

The house is situated on a quiet dead-end road and there is parking on the drive for my car and one other.

All bills are included and you will have use of a Sky Q mini box so you can watch Sky TV in your bedroom.

The internet is with BT and high-speed.

There would be full use of the kitchen and dining room but not the main living room.

References, deposit and ID are required.

Potton is just a 10 minute drive from the A1 with Sandy train station 3 miles away and Biggleswade station 4 miles away.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and happy to live in their own space whilst respecting mine as well and willing to keep communal areas clean.
