Perfect mid week room for a busy commuter

This is a perfect room for someone who works in Cambridge, London, Stevenage or Bedford area yet doesn’t live in the area. The room included bedding and towels which would be cleaned weekly, along with access to essentials, such as milk, tea, coffee, butter and bread. Also happy to do a Mon-Thursday let as well for £75 per week. The room is a spacious double, with large draws and side draws. The house has a conservatory with TV which can be offered for private chill time. The house has 3 bathrooms and the downstairs one would be allocated exclusively to the tenant. I have 2 young children (8 and 12) so DBS check would be needed and a reference. There is ample parking on drive and shops, pubs, cafes in Potton are a mere 400 meter walk away. I am 3.5 miles from sandy train station. Ideally looking for a professional female tenant or a male who has a family and used to family home living.
