Double room to rent in family home

We are a couple, with two friendly cats, looking to let a spare room to a professional in full time employment. It is a large double room, on the ground floor, overlooking the private rear garden. The property has two low level steps to the front door, and level threshold to the rear garden decking. This bedroom has an en suite wet-room, and we feel that this let would be suitable for people who may have limited mobility issues.

Use of kitchen/diner, garden, and off-road parking.

This is small market town three miles away from main train lines to the north and into London. It has a few pubs, eateries, and takeaways.

We are looking to let Monday to Fridays and would require a reference.
