Beautiful double room to let in lovely area

We have a beautiful double room with an en-suite bathroom to rent in a quiet area of Potton. The room has built in wardrobes and looks out onto the back garden.

The landlords are in their early sixties with a very young outlook on life. They have many friends and these friends come and go. The living room is preferred to be for the landlords only as we need our privacy, the same as you probably need yours. But we do love a natter.

We are a very sociable couple and also very warm and honest. We have a great sense of humour and it can be a bit of a mad and lively house at times.

The tenant must be clean and tidy, and willing to keep their room this way. It may seem as if we make rules but we really don't. We need the right person, and if we find that person we tend to make sure their stay is as good as it could be. Your room is your own space and we afford you the privacy you need.

The kitchen can be shared by all. We shall give you some fridge, freezer and some cupboard space to keep your own bits and pieces.

The garden is small but very nicely kept.

We have a dog who is nearly two. He is an adorable dog, and if you don't like dogs this is not for you as he will become your friend the moment you walk in.

You will find we are possibly the perfect landlords, but we are looking for the perfect tenant. If you think you could be, come and see the room, the house, us, the dog and anything else.

The bedroom has a small TV and the kitchen has all the facilities you will need.
