It has exceptional quick & easy access to the A1, A421, A14 & M1, St Neots train station is only five minutes up the road, along with bus routes from Roxton to Bedford, St Neots, Cambridge & Huntingdon.

We are situated in a small quiet village close to all-around countryside. The room is of a high standard & like new that's fully furnished with your own en-suite and small kitchenette. The room has a wall-mounted TV, its own heating/air con and all like new. The small kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery. You also have a fibre wifi access point in the room.

This room is all-inclusive of bills which include Council tax/rates, water, TV, internet, electricity, heating and air/con.

We have a small Restaurant/cafe and Post Office in this lovely peaceful mews-type setting.

Secure off-road parking is provided behind electric gates which you have a remote fob to let yourself in and out, as and when needed. There is also extensive CCTV and lighting for your safety and a fully monitored fire alarm system installed throughout.

An outside grassed and patio area is available with seating, a laundry room with 2 x washing machines/dryers, a hoover and an Iron & board.

We are a friendly diverse easy-going quiet community with no dramas. You can socialise or isolate yourself from others as is your desire. The room is very private with your own access.

We always look after our Tenants, the properties are up to date and well maintained with all safety certifications in place, which Tenants receive copies of.
