Room with built in wardrobe and garage storage

We have a room available for rent within a 4 bed house.

The bedroom has an inbuilt wardrobe. You will share the wetroom with 1 other person and there is a separate cloakroom WC . We are looking for a quiet person, ideally a female as the other two of us a girls.

The kitchen has enough cupboard space, and in the fridges and freezer. We also have a garage for further storage if you need it. There is also a utility room for storing smaller bits and drying your clothes.

About the wider house- it has myself (a 30 something year old working professional) and my 17 year old sister. The other bedroom isfor our other sister that will occasionally visit during university breaks so there will usually be 3 people max at home including yourself.

We have very small dogs so must be comfortable with pets (but they do not go upstairs). The property haa a garden and lounge but the dogs will likely be taking up most of the space.

If you work from home at least 3 days a week, there will be an additional £50 per month charge to cover the extra electricity.

Rent includes council tax, gas and electric bills detailed as per above, and broadband.

Ideally available from October, but we can be flexible on that.
