I have two single rooms available in a newly renovated 3-bedroom house.

The downstairs is an open-plan layout with a very large, comfortable living area. The kitchen is a great size with plenty of storage and comes fully equipped with an oven/induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle.

The Rooms
There are two single rooms available. They can physically fit small double beds, but it would be a squeeze. Because the rooms are compact, I am very open to renting both rooms to one person at a reduced combined rate. This would be a great option if you are looking for extra space to use the second room as a private home office, dressing room, or storage.

Bills & Admin

Council Tax: Band B

Bills: All household bills are split equally by the number of people living in the house.

Who I'm looking for
Ideally, I'm looking for an industry professional (or professionals) who wants a calm, quiet home life. It’s not a party house, just a relaxed space to unwind after work.

I already have superfast wifi, large sofa and 75" TV.
