A double loft room with en-suite wet room with shower, in a detached modernised Edwardian house.
The room is 5 day weekly, but odd weekends may be possible with negotiation.
Full use of home to include large kitchen/ diner /snug area (fridge, dishwasher, range cooker, microwave etc), utility area (washing machine and tumble dryer), downstairs shower and toilet, separate lounge and private outside courtyard.
BT Broadband and Wifi.
I would like a professional tidy person who is friendly and doesn't smoke. One person only please.
The house is centrally located, within walking distance of all the shops and amenities in Shefford, and good local bus service. Arlesey railway station is only 4 miles /5 minutes away by car for any commuters.
If you have a car there is no allocated parking space, but availability on street and communal parking outside house.
A nice friendly homeowner with interests in live music, socialising with family and friends, as well as art, fashion, films, going to the pub etc. (When lockdown ends!) I have a friendly puppy who is house trained, and doesn't moult due to her breed, so please like dogs.
