My house has been rented out whilst I have been traveling SE Asia, but get the keys back at the beginning of October (2nd) and looking for a new housemate/s for when I move back.
I have had 4 housemates previously, all staying with me for 12+ months at a time, male and female.

Me: I work from home and spend most of my time there during the week and tend to get out at the weekends. Fairly quiet, but wont mind the company if you wanted to sit any watch tv after work in the evening or cook up some dinners together etc

House: New build house (6 years old) in the new development within Stewartby (half way between MK and Bedford). Fairly quiet neighbourhood. The house is over 3 floors, with the kitchen/living room and 1 toilet on the ground floor. Your Bedroom and bathroom would be on the middle floor, along with a spare room. My bedroom and ensuite are on the top floor - so fairly spacious

- double bedroom fully furnished, bed/wardrobe/chest of drawers (as shown in images)
- bathroom/shower shown is not an ensuite (but you have sole usage)
- Own fridge freezer for your use and shared kitchen cupboard space.
- 1 available parking space for you on the driveway
- all utility bills included (water, electric, gas, internet within reasonable limit)

- there is a second bedroom on the middle floor of which can be used for whatever reason (office, storage, chill room)
- no maintenance garden
- Fairly quiet neighbourhood, mainly young families etc
