Large double room fully furnished in 3 bed semi detached house. Central heating, unlimited broadband, parking available. All bills and sundries (tea/ coffee etc.)included. Shared living area with large lounge, separate dining room, kitchen. Share bathroom, 2nd shower room under construction.
Must be able to drive due to location
Currently occupied by myself and my young son with our 2 cats. Experience with children preferred. Also possile for younger children to stay weekends / occasionally if you are a single parent, additional pets considered as long as ok with cats.
