Choice of Rooms In Country Cottage

I am looking for a professional female to share my home with me.

I have 2 room options available depending on your needs. You will have the choice of either the main large bedroom or 2 smaller interconnecting rooms, ideal if you need a room to use as an office if you are hybrid or work from home. I will live in the other room(s) - I am quite flexible. I am currently in the interconnecting rooms hence my personal belongings in the photo.

Also living with me in my home are 1 small dog and 3 cats - they are part of the furniture so you need to have a strong liking for pets as they are very friendly.

Included in the rent are all bills with the exception of food. I work from home myself and have strong broadband, which is included in the price. I have my office downstairs but we would share the bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. I have a garden, driveway and garage which you can make full use of.

I live in a 300 year old cottage and as such, the ceilings and doorways are low and wouldn’t suit anyone overly tall. But it is a quaint building with little quirky features which I hope you will enjoy as much I do.

I live in a quiet village where you need a car to get to any amenities. The nearest shops are 1.5 miles away but there are a couple of pubs and some social clubs in walking distance. There is a bus but it tends to be unreliable if I am honest.

Ideally the person that shares with me will be friendly, happy to share our communal spaces, and not be adverse to getting pet hairs on their clothes from time to time.
