Located at the top of the house, this cosy double room currently includes a double bed, desk and chair but can be unfurnished if needed.

You’ll have shared access to a spacious, farmhouse-style kitchen featuring a range oven and a pantry. There is also a shared living room, study (available if I am not working from home) and toilet with a shower.

The garden has a huge patio for relaxing, a lawn and raised beds available for use if you enjoy gardening.

A 5-minute drive to Leighton Buzzard station, with direct 30 minute trains to London Euston.

Plenty of on-street parking right outside.

A very quiet area but super convenient. Within a 2-minute walk, you’ll find a local corner shop, GP surgery, pharmacy and takeaways. Aldi, B&M, and M&S are all within a 7-minute drive. Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes are both also very nearby offering anything else.

Bills are included (£750 all in) but subject to slight change if bill amount unexpectedly increases - they have been pretty stable for around 6 months now so this is unlikely.

I’m looking for a professional or postgraduate student who appreciates a cosy, clean and tidy home. Must be okay with friendly, curious indoor only cats. No issues with you working from home but be advised I work from home 3-4 days a week.
