The property is very clean and tidy. This is an end-of-terrace semi-3-bed house you have to share with another tenant and 1 other female ( the landlady ).

There is a private driveway you can use however Saint Marys road in a quiet cul-de sac so always room on the road to park your car.

Cleaning:

There is an option for the house to be professionally cleaned (inc: the bathroom) every week. I will only invest in this service if the tenants are not clean and tidy. If this is required then there will be a shared cost to all who reside at the property.
