Double room in homely flat

Double bedroom available in homely flat in Aldermaston Wharf. The room currently has a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe and but I am flexible. There also is a separate cupboard in the hallway for additional things like suitcases or sports equipment.

I travel a lot and am looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly, who wants to be close to Reading or Thatcham but prefers to be in a relaxed, quiet and green area. The flat is next to the canal and there are some lovely running/walking/cycling routes nearby. In the summer there are usually lots of boats going past that you can watch from the living room.

You would be sharing with just me and all bills are split between us. They come to around £100 including council tax.

Aldermaston station is just across the road, 2 mins walk with direct trains into Reading (15 mins), Paddington (50 mins) and Newbury. (15 mins). Allocated parking is available and it is a 10 mins drive to junction 12 of the M4 and

Professionals preferred, no couples. And no pets due to the lease.
