Double Room in Arborfield Green! Private Bathroom!

Hello,

I have a Double room to available to rent in Arborfield Green from 1st June. Fantastic location, private bathroom, plenty of parking, quiet location!

Wokingham - 14 minute drive (Buses also available)
Reading - 20 minute drive (Buses also available)
Bracknell - 20 minute drive
Double Bedroom and Private Bathroom (Subject to occasional guest use)

Within the bedroom there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. The bed is a single bed that can be pulled out to make a double bed with 3 draws for storage underneath.

There is plenty of parking. I have an allocated parking space plus there is visitor parking spaces alongside laybys and on road parking.

Shared kitchen/lounge/Diner. Washing machine in kitchen as well.

I work in an office based role Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 so out of the house most of the day. I play golf in my free time and like to watch sports etc in my free time. Enjoy going for a drink and socialising.
