Tea making facilities in the room and the single occupant will have use of the kitchen at any time and use of guest bathroom at all times.
There is a separate guest entrance and off street parking.
The bungalow is in a very quiet central village location with the village shop and restaurants close by. A good bus service to Reading three times/hour. We are between M4 junctions 10 and 11.
We are looking for a quiet professional tenant. Most of our guests have stayed for years, only leaving when their work contracts end.
Cost is £500 per calendar month.
