This large, twin bedded room is well furnished with double glazing, TV and wireless broad band connection. It has supplementary heating as well as being centrally heated. There are patio doors opening on to patio and garden. There is a separate guest entrance.

Tea making facilities are in the room and the occupant will have shared use of the kitchen at any time and use of guest bathroom.

Off street parking is nearly always available.
Cost is £400 pcm.

Most of our guests have stayed for years, only leaving when their work contracts ended.

The bungalow is in a quiet central village location with a well-stocked shop and pub very near. So is the stop for a good bus service to Reading.
