Description

We have a double room available for rent. The bedroom is fully furnished and we would be willing to add a desk area if our new tenant is currently WFH. There are three bathrooms in the house so the tenant would have their own spacious bathroom with bath and shower.

We have a large living room and outdoor balcony area which catches the evening sun. The living room is fully equipped with speakers and a smart tv with Netflix/Prime accounts attached. The balcony is large, with outdoor seating and a BBQ.

The kitchen is also spacious and has all amenities (dish washer, washing machine) and 2 fridges and 2 freezers so plenty of space. There is outdoor parking in a private car park. This has visitors spaces and there are also two roads parallel where you can park, so there is never an issue of visitors finding somewhere to park.

As we are live in Landlords we have recently redecorated the majority of the house and purchased new furniture, and currently in the process of decorating the hallway and landing - we love our home so keep updated and looking nice. We also like to keep the house very tidy and have a fortnightly cleaner who helps keep the place clean.

There is a lovely pub at the end of our road called The Royal Foresters - we frequent it often! We are also very close to lots of woodland so there are some nice areas to walk.

We are a couple in our late 20s/early 30's - we are very social so have friends rounds frequently and would encourage our tenant to get involved too. Our main interests are quite typical - music, festivals, holidays and just generally seeing our friends.

We also have an almost 1 year old small dog named Ralph (King Charles Cavalier Spaniel), so our new tenant would have to be ok with dogs. He is very well behaved and likes nothing more than lazing on the sofa and watching tele with us.
