We are a couple in our 60's pretty easy going. Think this would suit anyone who is working during the day but don't have any preference to age. We are letting for Monday-Fridays. (occasional weekends by arrangement)
Share kitchen and bathroom with owners. this is NOT a house share we are letting the bedroom. We have one v friendly cocker spaniel.
We have had a builder here for 18 months and all has worked brilliantly.
We are however a professional couple and one runs a business from home so we cannot have night workers.
