A lovely single room in quiet cul de sac in North Ascot. Bedroom has a tallboy wardrobe, single bed, chest of drawers, tv and wifi. There is a downstairs bathroom which will predominantly be for your own use .There is off street parking and a garage. We are a sociable little family . We live here with my 10yr old and our cat Tiggy. We are looking for a friendly sociable person who must be able to provide references. The rent is £100 per week. I require a £100 deposit.
