The house is a beautiful two-bed in Ascot about 1 mile from the closest train station. Particular highlights of the house include a beautifully fitted kitchen with under floor heating and a superb contemporary bathroom. The garden, being 90ft deep, has been skilfully terraced to provide attractive split level areas whilst enjoying a South facing rear garden... beautiful in the summer!
Parking is available on the road just outside the house. I like to keep a clean house so would also like someone that is tidy and would respect the house. Long/levelled garden also. The room is a double bedroom with double bed not over large but with lots of wardrobe space and tv.
This offer could start as soon as I find the right person. I need someone that is 100% reliable and that loves dogs. (I have one large dog).
