Double room in Ascot with parking

I’m a live out landlord and rent my home to two lovely ladies. Both professional, late 20s - early 30s.
We have a three bed, mid terrace town house. It has three very good size double bedrooms.
Your room has a bed, drawers and three double wardrobes. You would share a family size bathroom with my friend, on the middle floor of the house. There is an en suite on the top floor.
We have a small garden.
The room has white walls and cream carpet and recently decorated, the house is only 10yrs old.

Our home is our sanctuary, we really like it clean and peaceful and relaxing, as a little haven to come back to! We are looking for someone who will enjoy this, too.
