Stunning Room near High Street & Racecourse

Stunning double room with bay fronted window overlooking grassed small front garden area. Stones throw from High Street (about 10 seconds walk) but extremely quiet and secluded road hidden away behind High Street and backing onto racecourse.

Its a big property with two living areas, large kitchen, pantry, utility room. Only one shared bathroom but one additional small wash room.

We're looking for a professional that's looking to keep themselves to themselves on the most part a Mon-Fri set-up would be ideal as we are a busy working couple and enjoy some time together when not working. We often spend 1-2 nights staying with family and so not always round.

We're very friendly and sociable couple that said and so of course not adverse to a bit of kitchen chit chat and glass of wine and company every now and again
