The property is shared with myself the owner. My daughter is at Uni and stays during holidays.

The WC will be shared with occasional visitors only. There is a separate hanging space. Large chest of drawers. Sole use of a fridge, kettle and toaster. A fully equipped main kitchen/diner is also available.

The bedroom has a wall mounted 32” flat screen TV with Freeview channels & DVD player.


Included are bills, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer, washing line, garden & parking.


The property is within easy walking distance of a quality newly re-fitted Budges grocery shop (including a Cook concession and Post Office), a pharmacy, lovely Indian restaurant, fish & chip/Chinese takeaway.
