The bedroom has a wall mounted 32” flat screen TV with Freeview channels & DVD player.
There is a separate side entrance for the occupant.
Included is WiFi, all bills, washing machine, tumble dryer, washing line, garden & driveway parking
The property is in easy walking distance of a quality Londis grocery shop (including a Cook concession and Post Office), a chemist & fish & chip/Chinese takeaway.
Ascot High street is a 20 min walk (across the racecourse) or 5 minute drive.
