I am looking for easy going/ tidy / respectful housemates to share the house with. My girlfriend often stays and works from home.
The house is brand new and is built to a really nice standard. It has a garden, garage, extremely fast internet, immaculate kitchen and a washer/dryer.
The main bathroom is located on the top floor and has a bath & shower. I have an ensuite bathroom so the main bathroom would be mainly used by the tenant(s). There is also a seperate toilet on the ground floor.
On street parking is available nearby.
5mins from Bracknell station, 10mins from Wokingham and 5mins from the M4.
One room is completely furnished, the other is mostly unfurnished but furniture can be arranged.
The bedrooms are of a good size to be able to fit additional furniture, TV or a desk.
