I’m looking for a clean and tidy professional, non smoker (vaping is fine) . To rent my spare room, I am open to Monday to Friday let’s as well for a reduced amount. The room has brand new carpet, furniture and has been painted white. It’s fully furnished. I can also provide bedding if required (as shown in pics).
You’ll have use of the main bathroom as I use my en-suite and I have a second car park space available for your use!
About me? I enjoy a good book, running, chick flicks and the odd glass of wine and food! When I’m not home free use of the lounge area! All I ask if that you keep the space clean!
