Single room available short term in friendly house

Single room available to let in friendly house in Binfield. We are not looking for a full- time lodger, so it may be a Monday to Friday let, or it could be 7 days a week short term. For example, it may be useful as a stop-gap while you find your ideal accommodation, or if you are on a short term contract. Our house is a spacious, 5 bedroom detached house in a beautiful location at the end of a cul de sac in the centre of Binfield.
We are a friendly, easy-going household with fluid movements- all liking our own space, but sometimes spontaneously sharing a meal or a drink together. Most of the time it is pretty quiet here, Myself and partner Pete enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and cultures. Our ideal housemate would like animals as our medium sized, chilled, and friendly rescue dog lives here. The location is fantastic; the large garden (with deck) backs onto a quiet lane, so a real feeling of being in the country, yet within 2 minutes’ walk of local shops, takeaways, and pubs.
Rent includes all bills, and use of communal areas such as large kitchen, utility room, even a yurt in the garden! We have superfast broadband throughout the house.
Smoking is ok, but outside only.
Between us we have various interests ― hiking, music, dance, spirituality, good food/drink, languages, travel……..if you think you would fit into this relaxed, friendly house, then please do get in touch.
The house is generally quiet, but not suitable for shift workers as we cannot guarantee silence during the day.
We usually rent this room out via Airbnb, but at present are also willing to let it out short term - say up to 2 months (negotiable). The rent for 7 day short term let would be £150 per week.
