Decent Home Next to Shops and Town

We are situated in an ideal location outside Easthampstead shops, which has a co-op, fish and chips, Chinese, Pizza and Polish shops. There are also recycling facilities, a community centre, a park, and a pleasant wooded, iron age burial site (Bill Hill) all immediately outside. Within a ten minute walking radius you have access to Bracknell Sports Centre, Mill Pond, a McDonalds, KFC, sports fields, Bracknell bus and train station, and the town centre.

The house itself is a two story town house with communal lounge and a garden with BBQ. I have two garages, one of which I park infront, so there's an additional space between you and the other tenant here, and you can always find a spot with the free parking. There is secure storage for a bike in the concrete outhouse. There are two toilets, a shower and a bath. There's a shared kitchen and dining room on the bottom floor, a larder, & decent fridge / freezer space as we have two. Your double room is situated on the middle floor, is furnished, and has a built in closet. This closet has a boiler, but it's extremely rare access is needed to that. The room is approximately 350 X 270cm, and the closet is 110 X 80cm.

As I'm a gardener, work can be physically demanding and rest is important. I do like chatting, but sometimes I'm exhausted and pretty much go straight to bed! On weekdays I like to have quiet between 11pm and 7:30am, and I don't want people being loud in the early hours at the weekend. My partying days are behind me, but if someone has a birthday or relatives visiting then I'm happy to accommodate. The bedrooms all have locks and you'll obviously have a key to yours, though I haven't historically used mine, because I always seek to create a relaxed atmosphere in the house. I don't smoke, but don't have a problem with people smoking weed or tobacco, so long as it's outside. Since I'm a gardener, I do tend to get a lot of parcels / packages, and the garden can accumulate various pots, plants and pieces of lumber that come and go with time. Thus, it can become a bit messy at times! I personally pay for a cleaner to do the communal rooms every 2 weeks, and my house-mate does his own cleaning. My house-mate is from Hong-Kong, speaks good English, and is fun to chat to.
