The single room overlooks a playing field, and sports center adjacent, a 5 minutes walk. The room has bed, fitted wardrobe, small chest of drawers, leather armchair with foot stall, broadband and television.

Train and bus station 1 mile distance. We are on a bus route. Town centre one mile away. Off street private parking. The decorated accommodation is very comfortable, single room, power shower, very quiet, cleaned weekly. Refreshments as required.
There are 2 microwaves, broadband and a cloak room with washing area.
