In leafy cul-de-sac with great transportation links to London, Ascot and Reading.

There are 2 train station within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the house. A bus stop at the end of the road - 2 minutes from the house. M4 and M3 are within easy reach.

The house has a large kitchen, with spacious newly decorated lounge/diner. The house has good size bathroom that is 2 years old, fitted with shower and bath. The garden benefits from patio and decking, as well as a shed. There is well lit residual parking about 20 meters from the front door.

The room:

1)Double that is fully furnished at the back of the house. Double bed, chest of draws, dressing table, wardrobe and sliding storage under the double bed

PLEASE NOTE - last person was here for 2 years and other lady has been here 3 years.

We enjoy a good natter and a glass of wine. I am not a mass party animal but enjoy music festivals, good Sunday roast. I like getting out and about.
