It’s a 4 bedroom (3 storey) house & we have 2 options depending on budget for those interested...

Ideally my friend & I would like to share with 1 other (male or female around 25-35 yrs ideally)... you plus 1 female will share bathroom - although she is away with work a lot! £520 rent plus bills (roughly £100)

4 sharing - Rent £390 plus bills (roughly £80 each). This means 3 people sharing a bathroom (& we also have a ground floor toilet)

Both rooms Available immediately & come unfurnished (wardrobe available in 1 bedroom)

Myself & my friend currently live in the property... both of us work away a lot so need someone trustworthy. No couples. Smoking outside only. No benefits.

Plenty of parking & really easy access to m4 within a few mins. Co-op shop conveniently 400 yards down the road also.
