There is a £930 security deposit payable in addition to your first months rent and we also ask prospective tenants to pay a weeks rent as a holding deposit to progress the tenant application which will be deducted off your first weeks / months rent


Smoking is strictly outside only
Successful applicant would ideally looking for long term stay and be in full time work, to be able to provide affordability ie work references

We leave the bedroom with a new mattress protector ready for you to provide your own pillows and bedding etc
For contractors or busy people we can supply this service and will ask you to transfer monies over at a separate cost with receipts
