We have a beautiful, spacious, bright & sunny house with a fully furnished room and private bathroom facilities. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, linens, television, and a fridge and it includes a working/desk area with free wifi. The room also includes an iron and ironing board and tea and coffee facilities.

The property has a spacious well-maintained garden, with areas to relax and an allocated smoking zone, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and large commercial laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.
Minimum 3-month stay and one month notice thereafter and one month notice thereafter - Room rate is single occupancy, double occupancy is £100 more pm
