I am looking for a female lodger for my second bedroom with shared use of the kitchen, sitting room, bathroom.
RENT Negotiable for those only wanting Monday to Friday.
The Town Cente & Train Station is a 5 & 10-minute walk respectively but located far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.
The large double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, x2 chest of drawers, a desk and Tv.

Many of the major companies on the southern and western business parks run a company bus service with a pickup and drop point at the train station.

I am a professional female working from home and welcome those who are quiet, tidy, kind, polite, and considerate.
I foster dogs for a rescue centre. You must be comfortable around a dog, even better if you don't mind a cuddle with them! The dogs are allowed on the sofa, if this is an issue for you, then it's not the place for you!
The room is available from 23rd October 2025. My current lodger is getting married and moving to London.
