This is a lovely double room on the first floor of an equally lovely house which has recently had a top-to-toe refurb and makeover.

This room is opposite the gorgeous bathroom which is shared with only one other tenant. Water pressure is fabulous ! :-)

The kitchen has an American fridge freezer, large hob and two separate ovens. There is also a separate laundry/utility room which features a spare tall fridge freezer together with additional cupboard space and a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large open plan living room has sliding doors leading out onto the garden, which includes a BBQ and a fire pit. There is also a lockable shed that can be used for bike storage etc.
