The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 flatmates. Massive privet garden, very good size living room - open plan and extra dining room. 2 bathrooms ( one en suite) plus one toilet downstairs.
It is a privet home with a garage and plenty of space. We are on the Warfield site 8 minutes walking to Lexicon.
I don't have any more spaces for a car on my driveway, but you can park on the road for free.
We are really nice people and we are looking for someone to join our living :)
I'm not a professional landlord, I just need someone nice to move in and take a part of our lives and help me to cover my expenses.
