Looking for a friendly, clean and responsible flatmate for the spare room in my sunny flat in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is a fully furnished double and comes with a large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a shared garden for all the flats in the block. Parking space available. Shared use of the kitchen and living room. All bills are included.

The tenancy is advertised as full time but a Monday-Friday tenancy could also work. I am a live-in landlord and teach full time so a quiet, relaxed living space is important. Looking for a professional, ideally female, who does not work from home.

The flat is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and the railway and bus stations. It is well situated for access to both the M3 and M4.
