Currently we have 3 ladies & 2 guys. Professions include a physiotherapist, a nurse, an IT specialist, an optometrist & a retail customer services manager.

💰 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 & 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆
Rent includes all the bills including council tax, all utilities, TV license, unlimited high-speed broadband, and a weekly professional cleaner.

We only ask for a small deposit and a minimum holding fee, which is part of your deposit.

The initial tenancy will be for 6 months and this can be extended on a monthly basis through mutual agreement. Shorter 3-month tenancies may be considered but will incur a surcharge.
