Mon-Fri Only- Double Room&Private Bathroom

This is NOT Full Time Let- it is MON-FRI ONLY.
I’d prefer 2-3 nights per week (Tue Eve to Thur/Fri morning) and would reduce rent accordingly. Deposit would remain the same.
Double Room with Private bathroom available - Sun night arrival considered)
LIVE IN Landlady. No shift or home workers as my property& lifestyle would not these. Would only suit quiet, clean & tidy Professionals. SINGLE occupancy only. Couples & families NOT accepted.
-My property is a clean modern 2 bed 2 bath flat. The room available is a clean, modern double room with double bed , Large screen digital TV that has SKY, Netflix, Prime Video & all the other usual digital channels, along with hairdryer, hair straighteners, ample storage & desk. It has its own private bathroom (not ensuite but bathroom for soul use) Clean bed linen will be provided weekly & Towels as needed. Cleaning also included.
- There is a shared fully equipped kitchen and living room. All bills with fast broadband included.
- There is no smoking in the flat.
- The flat is located in a desirable town centre location. Shops, Restaurants & entertainment are a couple of minutes walk away. There are many open spaces & walks from the doorstep.
-Transport links nearby- (Train and Bus station 10 minutes walk away. ) There is easy access to M4/M3, windsor, Maidenhead, Wokingham etc
- On street parking available. If you need off street parking this can be negotiated for the right person.
- I am extremely house proud , so would only suit a clean & tidy person. I have pets so must like animals.
