The house is kept clean and tidy and well maintained. The cleaning of the house will be a joint responsibility between the landlord and the tenant.

Fibre optic wifi is present at the property as is the use of a fire stick for television.

Pleasant rear garden facilities with shed storage is also available.

The house is double glazed throughout and I am ideally looking for a tidy single person occupant who does not smoke.

Visitors are welcome under certain conditions.

Other local amenities include Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Tesco all around a 5 minute drive away, with the town centre of Bracknell less than 10 minutes drive away.

Coral Reef, The David Lloyd Health Club and the lookout 10 minutes walk away.

Crown estate for walks is only 5 minutes walk away.

Price:

Total price including all bills is £650 pcm
(£600 pcm + £50 contribution towards the bills pcm). Bills included cover, council tax, water, internet and gas and electricity.

I will require a deposit of £600 up front upon moving in which will be returned when the tenant leaves under the condition no damage has been made and the contract has not been breached. The payment of rent will be in advanced of the month of stay.
