Large double bedroom in The Parks, Bracknell

Large double room in house share.

Room:
🛏️ large double bedroom, comes furnished as per pictures. The room is located on the second floor of a two bedroom house in The Parks. There’s a solid oak chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and wardrobe, and come with a double bed. It’s recently been painted as well.

House:
It’s a terraced house on the parks. There’s a decent sized bathroom with a shower/bath combo 🛁🚿 and a separate toilet / sink downstairs (both shared). The kitchen has everything you need. The lounge is nice and homely with a 2 sofas and there’s also a good sized garden with patio and grass.

Flatmate:
You’ll be living with 1 professional male in his mid-twenties. Would like someone that will get along nicely, help clean and be sociable when we’re together in the house, but very much have our own lives too. Works in the office 5 days a week as a video editor and into photography, cooking and hiking trips.

About you:
I’m looking for someone in the age range of 24-33, ideally a single male. A working professional, ideally working regular office hours and wfh 2 days a week or less only. No couples.

Local area:
It’s a really lovely place to live. Lots of green space around, and close by to Swinley Forest. Lots of restaurants and cafes in Bracknell town centre which is a 15 minute walk away. there’s also a cinema, supermarkets, gyms and shops in the town.

Transport:
🚂 15 mins walk from Bracknell station.
🚌 Frequent buses to other surrounding areas from the parks.
🚗 Possible space to park a car if needed (although this is to be discussed)

Rent: £625 per month excluding bills
Deposit: £800
Bills: Come to about £100 ish a month (tbc depending on working from home schedule too)
